a) Q-Gate
What is Q-Gate?
In essence, the Q-Gate methodology is a structured process for sign-off to transition between project phases. It is enabled by an excel tool to assess key deliverables & activities by each phase and each Q-Gate review occurs at the end of each phase. THinK’s Q-Gate verifies that deliverables and activities to be completed in a phase meet the specified acceptance criteria. The outcome of each review determines the final decision on readiness as to whether or not to proceed to the next phase.
